Last updated: 1 August 2026 Applies to: Meriidian (web app at meriidian.app, and the Meriidian iOS and Android apps)
Welcome to Meriidian ("the App"). By using our software, you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is operated by Max Alexander Ejogo, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").
Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
Meriidian is a life-strategy application. You complete a 65-question assessment across six life dimensions (Connections, Wellbeing, Ambition, Purpose, Fulfilment, and Foundation). Your answers are used to generate a visual "life matrix" and a personalised written strategy report, produced with the assistance of AI (see Section 4). Optional focused "Investigation" modules and a quarterly reassessment subscription are also available.
Meriidian is available as a web app and, once approved, as native apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use Meriidian. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. The assessment covers personal, financial, and relationship topics that are not appropriate for younger children, and we do not knowingly offer the service to anyone under 16. If you are under 18, you confirm you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.
To use certain features, you will provide a first name and email address. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access you are given.
Your Meriidian report is generated using an AI system (Anthropic's Claude models) based on the answers you provide. It is intended for general self-reflection, planning, and informational purposes only.
Meriidian is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Nothing in your report constitutes a diagnosis, treatment, or professional recommendation of any kind. You should not rely on your report as the sole basis for any significant life, medical, financial, or legal decision, and should consult an appropriately qualified professional where relevant. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis support line.
Prices are displayed in GBP or USD depending on your region and purchase channel. International customers are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or currency conversion fees applied by their bank or payment provider. Purchases made directly through the Meriidian website are processed securely by Stripe. Purchases made through the iOS or Android apps, or through approved social media or partner channels, are processed via RevenueCat and, where applicable, Apple's or Google's own in-app billing systems, in accordance with their respective payment terms.
We offer the following tiers:
Free Assessment — $0.00, no payment required. Full 65-question assessment, matrix reveal, personalised insight paragraph, and the first section of your strategy report. We reserve the right to modify features available in the free tier at any time.
Full Strategy Report — Launch price £12.99 / $14.99, one-time payment, available for a limited launch period. After the launch period closes, the regular price of £14.99 / $19.99 applies. Unlocks your complete personalised strategy report, including root cause analysis and a specific action plan.
Investigation Modules — £14.99–£19.99 per module (depending on depth), one-time payment. Focused diagnostic deep-dives into a specific life dimension, unlocked individually as they become available.
Quarterly Review Subscription — £4.99/month or £39/year. Provides quarterly reassessment, historical matrix tracking, and progress comparison reports. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand via your Apple ID, Google Play account, or web account settings, depending on where you subscribed.
In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a 14-day statutory right to cancel your purchase of digital content. However, by unlocking and viewing your full strategy report, an Investigation, or reassessment content within 14 days of purchase, you explicitly acknowledge that you have started using the digital content and agree to waive your right to a refund for that specific item, to the extent permitted by law.
Outside of this statutory window, all sales are final. If a critical technical defect prevents the service from functioning as advertised, please contact our support team.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to Apple's or Google's own refund policies and processes; we do not have the ability to directly refund purchases made through those platforms. The same applies to purchases made through approved social media or partner channels processed via RevenueCat — refunds for these are subject to that channel's own payment terms.
Where a refund is granted at our discretion outside of statutory rights, it will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, as required by UK law.
Your use of the App involves providing personal information, including sensitive answers about your life circumstances. How we handle this is set out in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the software or its questions/framework, impersonate another person, or use the App in any way that could disrupt the service for other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
The Meriidian assessment questions, scoring framework, matrix design, report structure, and underlying software are our intellectual property (or licensed to us) and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission. Your personalised report is generated for your own personal use; you're welcome to keep it, print it, or share it privately, but the underlying framework and questions remain our property.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we aim for maximum stability and accuracy, we are not legally or financially responsible for decisions you make based on your report, for any interruption to AI-generated content availability, for data loss, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, as required by UK law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
